HOW TO PRACTICALLY USE SPIRITUALITY - A FOUNDATION FOR LIVING CLASS
DATES: Tuesdays, September 16 to December 9, 2025 — 10 weeks (no class on 10/7, 10/21, or 11/25). Time: 6:30 - 9:00 pm

A 10-week journey to integrate heart and mind, deepen your spiritual practice, and create a life of peace, clarity, and fulfillment.

In this class, we’ll delve into integrating our hearts and minds, exploring the Creative Process, and learning to apply core concepts in daily living.
